    Default Java

    I cannot seem to install Java, when I download Java 6 Update 12, it goes towards the end then says that installation failed try again later. This has been happening to me for ages. Any help?

    This 'Should' Help.

    Start
    Control Panel
    Add/Remove Programs
    Remove ALL of the Java/ Java Runtime applications that are on your list.
    Restart your computer
    Make sure all your program guards/ Anti-virus programs / Firewall ect is off
    Install Java.

    If that doesn't work, try installing Java 6 Update 11.
