You sure you weigh 13st? Seen you post a picture a while ago, you were in a toilet or something. Anyway well you looked at around 11ish. Im probably wrong but that picture doesn't do you justice"Pulling" your 13st body doesn't take a lot. I'm just over 13st and can run 100 metres in just under 11 seconds. This is because my legs are strong enough to lug me around.
As for the fat>muscle thing, you're completely right. Fat and muscle are two very different entities and consist of different methods. If you want to 'turn' fat into muscle, you need to lose the fat and pile on the muscle. Never try to build muscle whilst losing fat because it will eat into all that hard earned muscle you have.
It has been rumoured that steroids can shrink the penis but I've never seen it. Congratulations on having a 'big' penis.
Oh and btw, still no pics guys?
no offence if i caused any

Makes sense
Thought I'd just post in here rather than start a new thread. When lifting dumbells, afterwards I sometimes get the feeling that I've pulled a muscle in the inside of my elbow. I don't overdo it, take appropriate time to rest etc but this cn be a regular occurance for me. Just wondering if it's normal and if not if I'm just doing something wrong.

Back for a while.
Im guessing your talking about dumbell curls, well as excellent said you should always do a pulse raising activity followed by a stretch before lifting any weights. As far as your technique goes, I can't help you from there, unless you post a video of your self curling. Make sure you keep feet shoulder width apart, good posture, bend knees and poke chest out. And keep elbows on hips!Thought I'd just post in here rather than start a new thread. There all tips I can give you, if your new to this then prehaps your elbow will become accustom to the added stress being applied to it
If your working out your upperbody then prehaps do around 5+ minutes on the rowing machine at a reasonable resistence. And then doing the stretched required for your workout
Question:
You know how you were talking about eating sweet food is good (sugar for energy), does that mean drinking red bull etc is good for working out?
P.S, I have never drank an energy drink before![]()
Red bull is terrible. The effect will only work for about 20-30 minutes and then you will feel energyless afterwards. According to my sports science course, your muscles store all these extra glucose, and your body recognises this and within 20 minutes your muscles are rid from all that extra glucose. You'l have to correct me on this, search on google for more info, basically just don't drink it pre workout
I would reccommened something like lucozade hydroactive. But it's not really needed. If you want a really quick burst of energy, eat a handful of jelly babies, they get digested VERY fast and football players like Ronaldo eat them.
