How do you make a site layout?

To make a site layout you have to make a design using paint and psp or w.e u want to use. Then slice it up in dreamweaver then do w.e "/

Or, if you want to do it the easy way, the way i've used, go on Adob Photoshop, creat your drawing, click the button to transfere it to imageready. slice it in image ready and save all the file.

Thats all you have to do without coding it seperatly and making tables seperatly.
