A lot of people buy willows, mainly becuase they are a cheap way to get fletching up. Sure it takes longer but it's cheaper.

What you think everyone just gets fletching up to maple level by oaks and regular trees >.>

What I mean is, you could be sitting in any town whether it be varrock or draynor typing "Selling x number of willow" for about a half an hour
