Nope I've have not wasted my time, i've only emailed them because i want to find out what is happening about the badges. I've emailed them before about a situation like this, and they replyed the next day after.

But we know what's going on withthe badges; They're crap quality and non-transparent so they're now re-doing them but they're being lazy.
