Getting account back..

k i had an account in 03/04 and i recently sent requesting dob and email as it was both fake

then this idiot "Ludus" replys saying i didn't answer the security question? there was various bullet points asking for how i paid creds, creation date, isp, etc which i answered there was no security question

So basically what can i do to get my account back, i'm going to keep messaging habbo asking em for it anything else?

How the **** can you say he is an idiot if you're providing the incorrect information? He has the information in front of him and is asking you to confirm it.. If you get it wrong then it's your own damn fault.

The email and DOB on the account is FAKE, i'm asking for the email and DOB.

The email its registered, my ISP, home phone etc is REAL.

Well obviously you are not giving the right information.. As stated, the information is in front of him, if he is not convinced that you are the owner of the account, then he has the right to not give you the information.

He's saying that there was no security question but he gave Ludus the information like ISP, creation, credit info, etc.

I suggest you re-read the questions just to make sure firstly, that you've not missed anything. Perhaps what you should of done was to copy and paste, and answer them as they were asked. If Ludus has failed to write in the security question, then as astonvilla has suggested email back politely stating that you don't seem to have that important question, and could you please now have it. Do remember good manners cost nothing, so be polite, as it tends to go a long way. Good Luck
