I wouldn't class pasta are healthy really, it's really startchy and it's a carbohydrate which isn't good, aslong as you don't eat a lot of it and you have some salad on the side and maybe a few chips I guess that's balanced and healthy-ish..![]()
Grill, bake or steam food, instead of frying
