i know how to get them as a Jpeg.

I think this might be the wrong section
Anyway go to an uploading site such as uploadpicz.com imageshack or photobucket and upload the picture.
Then using [IMG] and [/.IMG] (without the .) tags, use the link given from what you uploaded in the post and it should work.
If thts what you mean, bit confusing.

ye, just upload the pic to one of those sites
copy the link with the [IMG] tags, and paste it into a post
save the post and the pic will be there
