Default How To Put Music On An iPhone

How do I do it it's proving harder than I thought, whenever I try to drag songs into "Music" it has a red no entry sign, so what do I do?

Well obviously it'd be iTunes I'm not going to use anything other than iTunes (Apple product ), I've synced it once before I made this thread and it still isn't allowing me to drag and drop music.

You can't drag music from folders and stuff very easily, what I did (I found this is the easiest and most efficient way to keep the album artwork too) is to make a playlist called something like "iPhone Playlist", then import all your music into iTunes. Then goto the Music tab, put your music on the iPhone Playlist and then go to the iPhone tab and then goto Music somewhere around the middle of the screen and tell it to automatically sync your music with the iPhone Playlist.

Will it just sync that playlist because I'm putting songs on there for my mum and I doubt she wants my other playlist which contains loads of grime songs lol

Yeh, if you click on your iPhone, then goto the Music tab, when you tell it to sync just untick all the boxes apart from the one next to your iPhone playlist :]

Or make your mum her own playlist and put her songs onto there. When you sync it, just make sure you check the playlist which is for your mum.

I tried that the boxes were gray so I couldn't select them then when I did tick the sync box another box would open, I put it on her iPod instead, closed
