You're trying to fix something that doesn't need fixed, there would be a larger list of people, some of them probably not interested It's better for people who want the job to pm the person in charge, which also shows their interest in the job. Also, very few people would want to write a CV I think.

Alot of people on the forum wont really know what a CV is, looked at one, let alone written one so I think that is a bad idea. Maybe a form for applicants to fill in would be better to make it less complicated for people, especially new people to the forum.

Nice idea but stick to recommendations, 'CVs' is getting abit too personal now.
