bus timetables

right i seriously do not understand bus timetables in the slightest and just wanted to see if anyone can help.

right, say if i get into coventry railway station for 17:34, i obviously arrive outside station bridge so how the hell do I get to N.A.C main entrance? and how do i know by looking from that timetable what bus i will need to get. seriously when it comes to buses a get so confused. it doesn't matter what time i get to the N.A.C for but obviously before the bus's stop. thanks for your help in advance!

Best site to use is: http://www.traveline.org.uk/index.htm give you maps and everything for your bus route great site beats the nomal bus company sites.
