Ok, I'm going to attempt a better, smaller house and then if it's good I may attempt a bigger one, this is what I've done so far, and I just want to know am I sort of on the right track?

yup its all isometric. also for a habbo alt i recommend keeping all lines 1pixel wide at most

left and right corners need to be aligned with the floor properly, but besides that it looks pretty decent.
