The lowest i've ever got is in Counter-Strike: Source and that was 11ms to a UK server

Downstream/Upstream Attenulation and Power Levels are wonky. Tell Virgin by phone or free on Newsgroups (they're better as you get 2nd tier support) and they'll send an engineer
