If it wasnt for them, the hotel would not even be open. They have done a fantastic job protecting us from scammers/scripters, untill now. It's nobodys fault.

They get paid real money to do what?
I mean, 8 staff and they hardly do anything, they cant even get prizes to winners. Yet Glitterkat can post on a forum and say how depressing and obese they are[Although it backfired] That should be doen in their own time.
Simple, hire more staff. If Sulake don't want to. Then simply get rid of Habbo UK which is in need of better customer interactions and withit, they are losing many users

I had many problems on .ca that were never adressed, I dont think Habbo actually has a customer service department, quite simply put Sulake Labs has the worst customer service and relations I have ever witnessed in my life from any company.
