On the USA Hotel the "Hobbas" commands have been taken away due to the installation of v7.

Like Rarelime said the commands for silver hobbas I think there was 3? Were removed with version 7 being installed mainly because a lot of them were abusing their powers but they are returning very shortly

Being a hobba on .com myself, I am aswell kind of interested, and I will share with you what I know.

As Cypher- said, the :shutup (or 'mute') and the :alert commands have been taken out, this being due to hobbas abusing their powers.

However, with the installation of v7, there is now a new sort of 'power' which is, it is impossible for you to be kicked out of a room, just like regular hobbas on .co.uk, HOWEVER if you are in a room and the room owner asks you to leave (because even room owners can't kick you) and you do not leave upon request, you are entitled to be debadged.
