ere mate i know how you feel, you just have thick hair. my hair is incredibly thick (plus i have 2 calf flicks at the front ). you could either keep it really short all the time (even though it grows quick) or let it grow and hope the weight will flatten it a bit. also as others have said use styling products like gel/wax/moose.

the only real benefit of having thick hair is you wont go bald quickly.

    How long is your hair?

Mine is about... down to my ass now... and it's still kinda kinked/wavey...

When it was like 6inches long it grew outwards aswell... I found the best way for me is lots of conditioner and then to straighten my hair once ever 2days before washing it again...

After about a year of doing the above it became pretty straight... now if I want it straight it takes me about 1hour to straighten as aposed to the 3-4hours it use to take...

Erm... my hair is REALLY thick and REALLY rebellious though you probably wont have quite the same issues...

But yeah, buy yourself some straighteners and some really nice conditioners and watch as people gorpe and your luscious locks!
Apparently I am not allowed to advertise my site any longer. T_T
