Not that I'm religious, but in actuality, if you have two genetically healthy people, and they had children who were genetically healthy, and those children were incestuous, you wouldn't end up with disabilities. So yes, they were incestuous, but *apparently* Adam and Eve had lots of children (other than Cain and Abel) over a very long time, and it was for the sake of humanity/God's will, so that would mean incest was alright. After a few generations, any 'incest' would be no longer between brothers and sisters anyway.

I can't believe I'm arguing for the bible, but nowhere does it say that Adam and Eve were white, (just like Jesus wasn't white!), and I think Christians believe that any skin colour variations etc happened afterwards (which even evolutionists believe).

But if you were to beleve in evolution and if everything on this planet evolved from the same source of life or whatever does that not mean in some seriously distant way everything that is 'alive' on earth is in some distant way related and has just evolved in different directions?

They're not the real Adam and Eve; they are just two human ancestors named after the characters in the story.

They had far more than just 2 children. The most notable (and really the only one much mentioned) other than Cain and Abel is Seth, who is often seen as Abel's replacement and whose descendants make their way down to Noah and then on from there after the flood etc. Seth's wife is stated as Azura btw, so he didn't do his mum

The Bible does not give us a specific number. Adam and Eve had Cain (Genesis 4:1), Abel (Genesis 4:2), Seth (Genesis 4:25), and many other sons and daughters (Genesis 5:4). With likely hundreds of years of child-bearing capability, Adam and Eve likely had 50+ children in their lifetime.

Like I said, if you want to argue something then atleast read/ research it.
Thats why i dont argue the bible so much, i havn't read it in so long.
Alot of religions don't believe the bible word for word, only a minority of religious people believe in creationism
