What happend to Events?

Anyway I agree with the fact that the calendars do need to be updated more frequently, as the public can only know about 20 minutes before an event, which is pretty pointless as people may want to plan getting there.

Really Sammeth. should be doing his job by giving them out when the winners were announced.
Maybe the managers need to PM him or someone from the 'community' pm him.

Sammeth. is obviously very busy, he has more concerns than just events. He does his job very well and does his best to get the prizes given as soon as he possibly can. Theres no need to say he isn't doing his job as he obviously isn't superhuman (as much as he argues he is ) and can only do his best.

Well at least this thread has highlighted an area that needs attending to, as for myself there is no need to send me pm's all I want to see is my donations used.

From what I am aware your donations are being used and we are very greatful for them. I think Sam offered to PM donators so they they know when their donations have been given away as you requested.

I was saying he should of done the job at that point of which he had to hand out prizes and he has now replied to that explaining how he was caught up in things and has apologised about forgetting/taking so long. So there was no need for you to bring it back up ()


Hopefully now the calendar and Habbox Today will be used again and more advertising will happen.

Yes there was because there was no need for you to personally attack someone in a thread which was only made to improve habbox. I was just saying what I saw which I have every right to do.
On a brighter note Lucy and Roxy have obviously taken this thread on board and are now going to do the calender so well done to them both!

Just as an update - the events calendar is currently being sorted out and revamped along with a lot of pages on the Habbox site. This would be sorted by now but I've had some permissions issues as of late. As for the HabboxToday announcement I agree and hopefully we can keep on top of HabboxToday from now on as from time to time it does get forgotten about unfortunately.

They used to be posted in Calendar so you'd always know when evnets on when and it'd be posted daily in the "Habbox Today" section of habbox.com

now it just seems like its gone? nothing gets updated on calendar and last habbox today was on sunday?

shouldnt it like be updated every day as it used to be, as i highly doubt anyone on this forum is using the calendar to find out when mardi gra and such are taking place.

The only form of us knowing what events are on if they are on is when they are posting 15/30 mins before the event in announcements, and half the time it takes ages to get the event started due to a lack of people, probably as their not informed?

So yeah shouldnt managers be updating Calendar/HX Today or not? :S

theres been about 4-5 events this week, none of which are on calendar... and every event has lasted 1-2 rounds then been completely empty due to people not know when there are events, this isn't helping..
