I keep getting the Key Port Error, so i can't log in. I've had this before and usually it works after a few tries but ive been trying to get on for about a week and its not working.
I've re-installed msn heaps of times, done the whole internet explorer connection settins, removed anti-virus' completely and did the thing with the .dll files but its STILL not working?

I've tried everything anyones ever thought of, can anybody else help? :eusa_wall

Does WLM work on another computer on the same account?

Have you tried doing a System Restore to a time when it worked?

Yeah its not my account, its msn or my laptop.

How do you do that? & Would that mean losing everything ive saved after that day?

I dont think you lose any of your documents, but any programs installed would go.

The problem is more likely to be your laptop.

Hrmm i haven't actually installed much since a few days ago, ill give it a try. Thanks +rep
