Unholy Patch
- 1CS - Seen three times
- 1.25HC - Seen once
When this was first released at halloween it was great for spooky themed rooms but as time has progressed its turned into a lame rare thats rarely used. With the release of the grass patch in the catalouge the value has dramatically decreased. I wouldnt bother buying or selling this until halloween or the grass patch is out of the catalouge.

Violet Monolith
- 0.4CS - Seen twice
- 0.3CS - Seen once
- 0.25CS - Seen twice
This piece of furniture is all over the place and frankly im sick of it. The price has dropped from the immediate 6CS reaction price to a startling 0.25CS. Its clear that we dont want this and the price should drop from 0.4CS to 0.25CS-0.3CS.

Serpent of Doom
- 5CS - Seen four times
Its clear to say that this piece of furniture is overall favoured and liked by the general public. Its price has risen from 2CS to 5CS in under a year and im expecting even more good things to come. Keep your eye out because this rare is heading up up up.

The Kraken
- 1CS - Seen three times
- 1.5CS - Seen twice
It seems that habbo has not taken to these collectables nicely as they have all dramatically decreased in price while 'rares' have slowly increased in price. It seems this like all other collectables should decreae in price.

Holoboy
- 2CS - Seen twice
- 2.25CS - Seen once
Once again I was on the look-out for the holoboy and just like I wrote in my last rare report this piece of furniture changes with the weather. If anything should happen to it I think that it would rise up to 2.25CS similar to its holo-girl counter part.

I like it but im not too sure on the black dragon as I think they are likley to fall and not wanted very much , but everyone has there own oppinoions

The black dragon has been 5CS for a good while now. I dont expect it to fall at all.

Yes I know it has but it was 8-11HC a few months ago so anything could happen

A couple of months ago I was off habbo. i dont think it could decrease 10CS but anything can happen.. its habbo.
