If i got asked to be head DJ and i knew Scotty or leah would get demoted because of it i wouldn't take it and im not just saying that, Also that's noot how management handles situations if they want to promote someone, they wont just fire someone and give you there job as that's unfair dismissal

I have not got a clue how i "Stabbed you in the back" and if i did something wrong why cant you just tell me what i did wrong, pm me what i did wrong as this is not the time nor place.
