Age to stop playing Habbo?

Just because someone is over 21 (around the age you see people getting abuse for being too old) it doesn't mean they are out to abuse kids, i'll remind you that alot of older people were on Habbo when they were teenagers and probably before you lot, they have a right to be there without a bunch of kids crying at them over their age.

I Have alot of older friends (Bunch of 20-26 year olds, 38, 39, 42, 55/56,) and they are pretty much the only people that give a decent conversation, they are only on to talk to their friends who are usually old aswell. Should we ban the ex-hobbas and staff and just make the staff 16? They are all old, just because they are staff doesn't mean they are angels.

You'll find that most of the older Habbos don't use Habbo for much more than a chat room, the reason teens find it lame is because they've been trading and gambling 24/7 and actually using Habbo as a 'game'. Habbo wasn't always solely aimed at children, especially when it first came out. I Remember habbo when i first joined had tons of adults on it, alot are probably still there and if it wasn't for them Habbo probably wouldn't have started getting popular.

Most of my age are the ones i think "teenage girls" should beware of lol, 16-18 because we are all super-perverted, horny and tons of people my age meet outside of habbo, just because they are young it doesn't mean they can't be paedophiles, an age is just an age, a paedophile thinks like a paedophile if he's 15, 20, 30, 60, whatever.. he's still the same person with the same thoughts.

I'm not saying there are no older Habbos that are perverts/paedophiles, i'm saying that it's not the case every single time, these people don't need to be banned, they have as much right to use Habbo as anyone else.

If they were a pervert then surely they would be reported..
I dont think there should be an age limit + people could clearly put a fake d.0.b in so it would be hard to know whos over a certain age..

Age means very little on Habbo, IMO. I've known some older people on Habbo and they are some of the better people I've bumped into. I much prefer to talk to those with a genuine, mature attitude regardless of age – I'm not interested in kids who think they are leetsauce and think it's cool to scam others.

What I'm saying isn't particularly relevant now because I rarely visit Habbo, but the principle still stands. Habbo, thanks to its safety standards, would make it very difficult for a paedophile to groom children. Like most internet sites, I expect the older users have no intention to talk to the younger, immature ones.

No, there should not be an age limit. On a practical note, it's unenforceable.

Iv heard some of my habbo friends say that you get an AUTO ban when your 18 but iv know old people in there 20's not banned so im not sure!
