I get verbally abused until I am forced to roll out of bed and cry on the floor like a small child who has lost his favourite toy.
I usually set my alarm for half an hour or an hour earlier to when I have to get up. When it goes off, I hit snooze and just keep hitting snooze until I'm awake properly, because I can't sleep properly with the alarm going off every five or so minutes anyway and it gives me a chance to wake up properly then I generally manage to get up on time.
Set two alarms, one half an hour earlier than the one at the time you need to get up. Normally works for me.
Sometimes I have this really weird thing where I'm like asleep, but thinking about stuff, and then I suddenly think **** ive gotta get up, then i like force myself to wake up n it turns out to be like 4am.
i can't stay asleep because i am one of 6 in this house and it's v. noisy in the morning haha
i just wake up whenever lol but 4 college i hardly go so sometimes i set an alarm sometimes i rely on ma cat walkin on ma face

i wake to the radio as an alarm. it was worse getting up in the winter, but if i have to get up at like 7 it's light so it's not as bad now. my mum usually gets me up though, but i go back and it keeps getting worse to get up.
I'll be honest with you, I just get up when I hear it, but that's because I sleep at 10pm. LOL
Maybe, think of a chocolate in the morning, you wanna eat it, so leave one on the table the night before perhaps? LOL :S
