Just keep raising it slightly and people put their money in. And then you raise it by 1000 and everyone folds =D

The only people who continue and fold cause someone keeps raising are amatuers. If I have decent cards, I don't care what they raise or all in I will still continue. (Actually, Id think on the all in!)
