I know how to play chess, but I don't know what the chess moves mean. Like, the first says N: A1 but how's a Knight meant to move to A1?

Okay so I've set it up and everything and I know which piece to move. How do I format my move? Say if the move was Queen to E5, do I just put qe5?

Okay, so I've set it out, I know that the piece to move is the answer from the previous riddle but apparently the move I have in mind isn't what I'm supposed to do. It's a one-move game, right? And it's white to move?

Okay, I'm up to 19 now. But the chess one didn't quite make sense because it would've been black turn... I'm stuck on 19. Are the words meant to be in German? I've even used mammal, arthropod, amphibian and plant now...
