    Default Microwave Cake!

Here is a really easy recipe to make a microwave cake, most people tend to make these in large mugs but I use a microwave bowl

    4 Tbsp. of S.R Flour
    3 Tbsp. of Sugar
    2 Tbsp. of Milk
1 Tbsp. of Oil (Vegetable or Sunflour, nothing with a strong taste!)
    1 Medium Egg

Ok, really simple. Put the dry ingredients in, then the wet ingredients. Mix all together, then add any flavourings (for example, Cocoa powder (3 to 4 Tbsp.) or Vanilla - Most recent one I made was Vanilla + Rasins)

Then you simply shove it in the microwave for 3-5 minutes, make sure its cooked all the way though by putting a knive into the centre and hope it comes out clean!

Pretty yummy and probably the best recipe I found for this kind of cake

I remember when I tried it using a different recipe and it was just a gooey mess that never rised but this one has always worked for me.

Another little tip, even once it has risen above the top keep the microwave going for a bit longer as it is normally no-where near cooked. You can normally smell the egg in the cake cooking which is a pretty good indicator if it is working or not haha.

Ill see if I can find my camera and take a photo of the one from last night.
