He makes films with poor story and characters and just fills overly long running times with explosions. Sure, it looks good, but there's zero substance.

I went in expecting nothing but a ton of action and thats what I got, so I guess that's why I enjoyed it so much.
The only thing that disappointed me was that the trailer for The Last Airbender wasn't shown before the movie. I guess it only premiers with Transformers in America then... they did show the trailer for G.I Joe though, which looked super epic.

I just got back from watching it - and if you're into Transformers as much as I am, you'd be as happy as me after watching it!
I absolutely loved it! I so badly want to watch it again, I just cannot beleive how good it was!
I was a little bit disappointed at the only 10 second appearance of Scorponok but oh well, still an amazing appearance at that!
10/10 I highly recommend watching this film!
