    Default Firefox 3.5 - yay

Firefox 3.5 has finally been officially released and can be downloaded from the link below
Its apparently the same version as the rc3 and since i was to lazy to use any will be the first, hopefully far more speedy version of ff to land on my pc :p

As mentioned by jordy: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/6543 should help get old extensions working in ff3.5 straight off the bat

Seems quite nice, only visual difference i have is the new add tab button on the tab bar. Gmail loads a good bit faster too which is always a good sign :p
Also i was suprised to see pretty much every addon i have works perfectly on 3.5 without any need to update (or the foce addons to work extention) which is always good

    Downloaded, Installed & Running!

Seems to be a bit faster at first glance will have to do some everyday use to tell properly though.

with some tweaks it runs almost as fast as chome, it might persuade me to go back to firefox especially as opera seems to have been going backwards in terms of speed

Firebug/dev tool bar etc keep me from switching, especially since the speed difference is so small now.

Screw you guys, I'ma usin' mah Firefox 3.6 Alpha one!

Only thing is, it is branded as 'minefield' perhaps it is based off minefield code?

Edit: Thanks for the nightly tools link, great for every addon which doesn't work with nightly builds
