Default Just ordered a Xonar Essence STX

Anybody got one of these? How well do they perform? Is it as good as people say it is?

Do I really get a nice gold thingy with it?

I've heard extremely good things about it over at OCN.

Most Xonar sound cards are better than the entire X-Fi range.

I saw the older Xonar when I was looking for a sound card to replace my dead onboard audio, probably would have gone for it if sound quality was more paramount for me. Ended up with some £30 Creative job in the end, which is all I need, considering my headset wouldn't be capable putting out the quality anyway.
