Can any1 design me/give me a hosting layout?

Can anyone make me a custom layout or give me one that is already made? I need a hosting layout done. Uncoded is fine. In return I can give you:
-Free hosting (2gb disk space, 20gb monthly bandwidth)
-Code any of your uncoded layouts free (1-2)
-Put a link to your portfolio on the site saying 'Design by _____'

I'm low in money and I would really appreciate it. xx
