    Hey, through the past couple of months when watching sky our TV has been going into 4:3 size mode when switching to certain channels, during this period we bought a new TV but it is still happening, any help here guys?

    Are you sure the program is not meant to be in 4:3? Look at your display settings on the SKY guide.

    Some channels do not have full support for widescreen yet so the TV has to adjust to the screen ratio set for that program.

    It happens to me when I watch Friends on E4, then when the adverts come it goes to full screen. :S

    It's how it was recorded or whatever, it does it on my Friends DVDs
