Don't go then, you didn't do anything wrong so don't go. Ask her if she was assaulted and defended herself, would she like it if she got the same penalty/punishment as the offender? - didn't think she would.

I grit my teeth and done it, got let out 20 minutes early so its alright.
I'm just pissed about how the defenders as Nial said get put in detention..

I also asked him why I got put in detention he said and I quote; 'it doesn't matter who started what, you both were involved in a "fight" and you will both be put into detention.' what a load of ********

My mum also rang up, he basically repeated himself.

Anyway, its ok, over and done with. So thanks for the advice I guess.

say to the teacher that if you get provoked again the teachers should step in or you'll take matters into your own hands, they cant give you a detention cos its there fault and they know about it
