I'm about to order a laptop from ebuyer.

If I want to return goods back such as a fault do I have to send it to them physically, or do they come and collect it? It doesn't say anywhere on the site what they do which is really annoying!!

Usually they will give you an address to ship it back to, or they will collect it (this is going by other companies too, for e.g. Dell would collect the laptop but Novatech would get you to send it back to them).
