Radio Manager Job (I Would Like One)

I have a fair amount of free time but i think that my experties are enough to make me the perfect candidate for the position.

I have worked on HabboxLive and many other websites wether it be habbo or just random "dj'ing". I have owned 3 succesfull radio based websites which to this date (i think) closed down after I sold them for £30+ each.

One of my proudest achievements to this date is selling my first radio site which was on a free hosting layout, for £75. Which generated over 100 listeners a day this was a north-london based grime radio, aimed at teens and school children.

I use a mixer and a samson C3 microphone and have over 1000 tracks. I do DJ well and i know good from bad applicants. My managerial skills are good but excell when i have a good site manager and team working with me.

However if i continue to manage the radio, a site MUST be hitting 30 listeners a day at least to keep my DJ's actually working. And i ask that i have a say in anything that has anything to do with the radio, I make the rules and guidelines, I decide on graphics etc etc.
