It's not fake, they delievered the tour as planned as in the message, just like they said before hand.
Deltia just said to me that they went from: Hallway II - Welcome Lounge - TheaterDrome - Drop off.

I sort of agree with CC - i dont think these are fake, Although badges can be scripted, no doubt it's gotten harder to do so. I dont no CC personally, but i dont think he would be sad enough to script a Habbo X badge.
