    Default Newcastle away kit

"Two months ago Newcastle United fans were queuing down the street to buy the famous black and white shirts.

But only three people were waiting outside the shop at St James' Park as the latest away strip went on sale"

It's not good but it's still not THAT terrible. Would've thought there'd be more.

Frank Gilmore, chairman of Independent Newcastle United Supporters club, said: "The shirt is utterly horrendous."

Fanzine editor Steve Wraith, 37, added: "It looks like a banana that someone has been sick on."

Fan Andrew Burnham, 34, of Gateshead, said: "I wouldn't even use it to wash my car."

This kit has now officially reached the status of 'the Everest of ****'.

Ah, that's why they don't like it. It looks like a banana. Not them like them fat Geordies to enjoy something healthy is it?

The team were quick to try and return their away kits which they'd spent hundreds and thousands of pounds on when they heard primark were selling big girls blouses for £2.99.

    one word - horrendous.
