You really don't know much about websites do you? The url to that file would be http://www.forum.checkhabbo.net/LICENSE as I already told you, if you clicked on that... VB would start looking for a profile for a user called "LICENSE". So I used the HTML editor IN CPANEL to edit the "LICENSE" file to show you ITS THERE. This file has a different address in the address bar because of the HTML editor, I really suggest you get you're facts right before posting comments because your making yourself look very silly.

Btw, if you click on that url http://www.forum.checkhabbo.net/LICENSE you will see that it takes you to a page which says
"This user has not registered and therefore does not have a profile to view." Which is because of the profile system I was talking about
