    help me. whenever i try to rep some one i press the little scaled picture and the window comes up for about 0.5 of a second then goes away how can i stop this? i have never been able to rep people

    A solution to your problem might be that your popup blocker might block the window. Try disabling the pop up blocker before giving rep.
