Used to be GraysAthChaz
Never heard of him.
i stopped watching ecw when they had to give up.. and then i watched the first one night stand![]()
is it hardcore wrestling, i.e. weapons etc?
No, wrestling wrestling. They get the Florida Championship Wrestling developmental guys on board. Basically to see how they come across on TV as a deciding factor in whether or not they're ready to head up to the main roster or not. It's good, means you get to see a lot of fresh talent and action.
Ortiz got drafted to Smackdown in the supplemental draft. I really didn't like him that much anyway.
Also, I just don't get it with the WWE. They try and water it down, even by changing Cena's finisher from S.T.F.U to Attitude Adjustment and on WWE.com, they still call the Weekly Top Five 'W.T.F'. :/
ECW is now basically the replacement for Heat/Velocity. The third tier program for the WWE. Barely relates to ECW of old.
Seriously.
Yeah, I never watched ECW back in the good old extreme days but now it just doesn't compare.
