    Default Dream abs

I tried once, kept on doing crunches around 100 a day for a month. Didn't see much progress so I gave up - now as school is starting I wanna try again.

Anyone know how many crunches and how much cardio (im my case jogging) i should do a day? Right now ive gained some wait during the summer, but that's just cause ive been eating out a lot. Usually i eat around a meal a day and stay thin. I never starve myself.

Any good plans i could follow? Also how long do you expect it would take following a strict plan? thanks for any help

My brother goes to the gym daily and after about 2 months is starting to see some significant results but has a long way to go to get perfectly shaped abs. Probably around christmas you will be looking mighty fine, + what you do suonds fine just keep it up.

yeah it'll take quite a while for them to be visible. your diet and excersise regime also affects the result, so take that into account.

yea, good idea. My friend just did some 8minute abs program for 6months and got a decent pack but did nothing for his arms and they are so thin looking compared to his abs

I'm doing that - 8 minute abs - every day for the last 3 months or so. Really good results because it works you pretty hard. My advice if you choose to do that program would be don't do it every day just every other day. Otherwise you'll most likely end up with an actual six pack. Maybe that's what your after, I'd rather be toned with some definition than look like Bruce Lee.

No point trying it for a while, you'll have to stick at it, your body wont know if its comming or going.

IF you really want good abs, you seriously must consider the diet, the food you eat is really important.

My best mate decided to go Gym everyday so he can look all "sexual" as he called it haha. And he said "Nah.. i wont do the whole food thing, thats only for proper wrestler body builders"

He now officially has man boobs and some mini flabby belly but has quite big arm muscles.. He regrets not doing the diet lol.

Okay, I'll do this for 2months none stop.

Ill start running around 3km a day and walk 2km 1km at a time starting the 18th

Ill do the 8minute ab thing at a minimum of 2 times a day and eat pretty much what i usually eat.

    Porridge and milk for breakfast

Lunch at school (with 1-2 glasses of milk) (depends what we get served each day but the government has made sure what we eat is very healthy)

Dinner milk again, can drink like 3big glasses(again, might be anything)

that's pretty much it, any tips would be great

Also, what is better: milk or water? how much water should i drink daily?
