I'm just wondering if It's possible to add your own sound effects into sam and if so how is this done Thanks

All you have to do is drag it into the Sound effects folder which to get to is:
Special > Sweepers > Sound FX
Once you exit SAM and open it again it will appear in the sound fx thing.
