Default [Help] Is it worth it

Recently my laptop broke and is costing a bomb to fix
I was thinking about investing in a Mac which costs around 1500euro.

Is it worth that amount of money or would i be safer getting a windows high spec for cheaper?

What are you going to be doing on it?
If your gaming then go for a Windows Machine, if your web browsing then a Mac is a good choice.

i dont think flight sim is available for mac, but dont hold me too that. i dont know much about flight sim but i would recommend a mac over a pc, unless your really into games then stick with a pc.

I could do without it but i have up to 1000 songs that will be going on and i think the mac looks quite stylish +rep anyway.

I would probably stick with windows, yeah you can DJ on the mac itself using Nicecast but its easier to just use SAM since I presume that's what you are used to. If you are going to be gaming, windows is probably the better platform. Especially since its Flight Sim.

For £1300 (I think its bout that if you change from Euros) is more than enough to get an awesome windows machine.
