Apart from English i can speak Spanish, i know a bit of it but i can't speak fluently.

Just English fluently, not taking into account knowledge of German and Italian, as they're not second languages.

I know how to speak Scottish if that counts(a bit different from English).

I can only speak English fluently, I can speak certain sentances of French.
In september, I have to learn Italian. :eusa_wallHi

In Brazil they speak Portuguese? That's like me saying I speak English, Scottish, Irish, American, Canadian, South African and Australian
