Do sit ups or stomach crunches; you don't even need to go to the gym for that.
It made my belly lovely and slim

One word for you cardio. It's the most effective way to burn fat. You will be amazed what a 15/20min Jog/cycle a day will do
Also speaking from experience Situps do work but quite a lot will need to be done daily to show a difference.

People also think that cardio and situps don't make a diference but change happens over a period of time and not over night!

Cardio exercise will burn your fats then crunches will just toned your stomach muscles so a combination of cardio exercise and crunches is better. I guess the best cardio exercise is jumping rope. Quit smoking if you smoke it won't help you.

You must remember that results wont appear after night, not even after a month. It takes a while to see any results, it's taken me a couple of months to notice I've lost weight and my lower abs are starting to show.

Remember: you could do all the running you wanted, and not lose weight. Why? Diet. You need to make sure that the calories you consume must be lower than the calories you need, to lose weight.

For example, say like you need 2000 calories a day (many adults do, if not more) then limit yourself to 1500 calories. That'll make you calorie deficit by 500, which, over many weeks/months will make you deficit by lots, thus using the stored up fat for energy.

Don't starve yourself - just try and cut out any chocolate/crisps or other high calorie foods and replace them with apples and fruit, which many fruits are supposed to be 'negative calorie' food - Google it.

Hope I've been a bit of a help.

I had the same problem. I starved myself for 2 weeks straight. Lost 4 stone in the first 2 weeks and started to eat a little more in the next week to get my stomach used to food again, not a good idea at all. you can be very weak.

    Wouldnt suggest it.

I don't get this health obsessiveness now. Why can't people accept that eventually they will fill out naturally, then start getting fit around the time you stop growing (18-22).

    It's beyond me.

    superhappy.
