You don't want to just build a six pack, your body needs to be in proportion
I see all these kids with six packs and like 10" arms, scrawny shoulders and chicken legs.
It just looks ridiculous
thing is my legs are quite large and my arms have been growing over the past months. but ill try to make sure that i dont look like a freak with it![]()
PS. If you start working out your arms and stuff, make sure you work out your back and strengthen your core! Otherwise you'll get that hunched over caveman/gorillaesque look you occasionally see on guys that don't know how to properly work out their entire body.
Ex-mod.
Follow the rules, it makes the world a better place!
I've pretty much quit Habbo & Habbox, but I still stop by every once in a while. If you knew me, send me a message saying hi, and I promise I'll get back to you! Miss all you wonderful people who saved me from boredom all those years.
If you want a set of abs, the best way to get VISIBLE abs are to lose weight via cardio / negative calorie deficit, and not doing crunches etc. HOWEVER, if you want to get a better set of abs and have a low enough bodyfat %, go for the crunches, sit ups, vert leg crunch, bicycle kicks, leg raises etc.. All good exercises to build up on. As others have said, makesure you do core strength exercises, squats, chip ups, deadlifts.. what so ever, you'll look so much better having a good core and a set of decent abs than nothing and a set of perfect abs.
I was just like you, trying to achieve a six pack and build lean muscle, and that just won't happen in a number of weeks without a proper diet and exercise plan, build those proteins + carbs! One and a half years on, I've got 15' biceps etc based on a high protein diet, supplementation, and weight loss throughout.
