Why can't they use the old russian hotel as a test hotel instead? It's all set up for them so why set up a test hotel when you have one already up and running sitting around?

They have test hotels, they use them... They have them in all languages.
Proof got by our old Hotel Manager, who posted a screenshot from her Habbo in an article, but the group didn't exist on the Hotel and she had a different look then her home (and not logged in for a month).

And you cannot get in, as they really blocked it.

Nuclearbom isn't a Habbo staff, but yes he works for Puhekupla.
Puhekupla is just a fansite?
