I'm not sure why you'd sell it; it's a very profitable company which practically runs itself.

As for ideas; I would offer my most dedicated users an opportunity to still enjoy the Habbo they once knew and loved when they first registered. So I'd revert 'Old Habbo' back to a very old version, maybe Version 6 or 7 and leave it while BETA continued to grow separately.

I would also be more inclined to implement user ideas (as was mentioned above). By this I mean actually consider the better ideas which users submit and if there were any outstanding ones which were practical enough to use, then I'd have them implemented. I understand that they're unlikely to just accept a random furni idea for no reason that a user sends in, so I wouldn't hold a competition but I'd announce the fact we were open to ideas and any amazing ones we got we'd consider.

If you mean own Habbo as in the guys who get all the profits from it, which is I think whoever the boss/founder/whatever is all the way in Helsinki, Finland. So if I was Finnish and went to Habbo FI and like got really high (not on drugs) and kill the Owner guy then I would do this:

1. First move the HQ to England because the only word of Finnish I know is when I went on Habbo FI and said English and someone said mita, which means what. So unless if I went and said mita to everyone I'd have to do that (or I could be sneaky and move it to the USA (I wanna live there!) then get a Business visa then spend ages in America untill they let me have a Green Card then erm I'd get citizenship and yeah).

2. I thought the Newsie and the Movie Club things were great, so I'd bring those back.

3. The Hello Furni would go and I'd make there be a monthly gift for active members which would be exclusive and tradeable. Instead of the rares I'd have like a rare if you spend over 6 hours a month playing Habbo or whatever. But the rares would be like norms but oh well.

4. I'd get Habbo UK, Habbo US, Habbo SG, Habbo CA and Habbo AU into one habbo.com and use all the servers for all the users in some way (I'm sure Technical Support would do it), do a massive cleanup of accounts (I'd notify people a couple weeks before through email and stuff if they havent used habbo for ages) of accounts which haven't logged in for 1.5 years or longer and delete them then I'd delete all permanently banned users then reopen Habbo (with no US or whatever) with a massive Welcome. Obviously staff in other countries wouldn't be made redundant, they'd all just be helping Habbo.com from their own countries or if they're Management invite them to work wherever I am (if it's even legal). This would hopefully be one of the biggest updates in Habbo History. All other International Habbos can do that if two speak the same languages. There'd also be the Habbo source and website in lots of servers so if one goes down it just reroutes to the other :eusa_whis.

5. At this point I'd buy one of those flying car things (or two), get my pilot's license, get a laptop and mobile Internet and whatever, then leave habbo.com for a year in the co-manager's hands and travel the world into some countries where they have never heard of Habbo. If anyone has any domain name with the word "habbo" in, except Sulake, I'd first hire a broker and try to get it back by luring it back with about £500, if they refuse tell them they're breaching copyright, if they refuse attempt to sue them. Then yeah.


Okay I'm stopping there before you all die of old age. My only other step in my business plan would be selling off all the useless domain names like habbocity.com which redirect to sulake, and I mean not for £8000. I'd sell that weird IRC-Galleria thing to either a Finnish company (as with me in charge Sulake wouldn't even be based in Finland) or something like Facebook.

If I bought it cheap because it was going downhill I'd revamp it and give it a new idea rather then a hotel.
If I just got it for free because of some weird reason then I'd just make everyone else run it and I'd just go on for da e-fame and people sucking up to me. I'd make some of the decisions to make more users come on, the decisions would be mostly user based so people actually like them.
Then in a few years I'd sell, assuming it gets more valuable.

Ye, bring back HWH, Funky Friday, Bring HQ to London, ban all re-colours, rubbish furni, bring back BB/SS/WS tickets, cheaper and larger credit bundles, make myself HM for the lol, have a secret account and have super casino on UK, Sell Habbo with these conditions in the contract and that I would for ever be hotel staff with no job
