So I was supposed to do it with someone i et on runescape...and he told me to join the Phoenix Gang, and after I got the half of the shield he said that he made a mistake and we were part of the same gang...
Now I don't know what to do - any suggestions? I really need to finish this quest

Yes what he said but aw if you said it two days ago, I had 5 broken sheilds from black army gang and ones from phoniex too. I found them..in a bank

lol guess how done it my cosin was doing hole the quest and he gave me a some sheet i took it to king quest done all i did was joing black arm thats all muahahahahahahahahahah!
