That is incorrect. The size of your plot depends on which one you buy. However, you must buy them one by one i.e. you can't jump from 14x14 to 20x20 without buying 16x16 and 18x18 beforehand.

gave it up, it's just so boring, got to like lvl 23 in 2 weeks, max farm size, all the tractor things and like 200k spare cash...and like 7 blue ribbons.
