but yh its not a glitch its information, and whats in the other thread is an error not a glitch, a glitch is something that goes to your advantage.
To be honest glitches/errors/bugs all mean the same thing (Well, they all have VERY slight differences), I should know - I've worked as an IT Techy for all my working life, would be imbarrasing not to know what such common computer-related words meant.

tbh their wrong, a glitch in gaming term is something that allows you to get into walls or under maps (e.g.: cod 5 glitches) and they call them glitches in battlefield heroes when you enter a house.
a error is a term used for something that the game makers detect and send the error warning (e.g. error 1001 on battlefield heroes informs the user that the internet connection could not be reached) and a bug is something that is their but useful to neither maker or user.
